Position
We are a dynamic and successful local healthcare recruitment consultancy that has built a reputation based on providing excellent service and quality where it matters most. We come from different disciplines but have garnered a solid reputation within industry to offer a premium service based on years of experience and strong client relationships.   

Currently we have two openings for motivated and mature minded individuals to join our Sydney based team. You may not necessarily have a recruitment background but if you are willing to learn, disciplined and are able to establish a rapport with others quickly over the phone - then you would be a strong contender. Whilst this is a full recruitment role, we offer full training and support to ensure you succeed. With many key partnerships in place, the sky is the limit as to how you develop and build your desk, to include travel opportunities, self education and more.

Criteria

• Recruitment experience desired but not essential
• Committed to ensuring best practice standards are implemented 
• Good prioritising skills and keen to run your own desk
• Self motivated and results driven
• Background in healthcare, education and or sales and marketing desirable
