About the Role
Due to some internal changes, a vacancy has arisen for an experienced HR Consultant. In this role you will work closely with the newly appointed HR Manager to deliver excellence to the business from a HR perspective. Your position will be working as part of a small team in an end to end generalist role which will include:

• Partnering and coaching line managers across the breadth of HR including performance management.
• Project work including structural changes and communications around this.
• Dealing with grievances and conducting investigations.
• Building relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
• Supporting line managers with higher level recruitment initiatives.
• Ad-hoc project work where required including planned change expected later this year.

This role will be split between 2 sites, one at Kangaroo Point and the other near Chermside.

About Success
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience as a HR Business Partner. A background within the healthcare industry would be a real advantage. You will be a strong communicator and coach and be consultative in your approach.
