This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional with strong partnering skills to join this innovative, global technology brand. You will partner with a client group of consisting of corporate professionals, retail and warehouse staff to provide support in a range of HR generalist BAU and project work.
In this role you will;
- Work closely with manager to provide support, guidance and mentoring for senior managers
- Support key stakeholders to build high performing teams working on a range of Recruitment, engagement and development initiatives
- Contribute and lead on local, national and global HR projects
- Manage all HR issues, grievances and requests are dealt with promptly and professionally
- Provide advice to managers and staff on matters relating to employment conditions, award and policy interpretation and application to workplace issues
- Coach and train managers on how to use HRIS
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand their business units and key concerns / needs
- Systems: Global HRIS is workday
- Ongoing monitoring of employee data / HR metrics to identify trends / areas for improvement
To be successful in this role you will have;
- Strong generalist HR experience
- Experience in partnering with managers to provide advice and support to a client group on a range of HR issues including employee relations, learning and development and recruitment
- Proven experience in ER and the ability to manage complex performance situations
- Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to coach, influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders
- Tertiary qualifications in related discipline
