Description

• Working with Executive and Senior Manager stakeholders to build and implement Human Resources solutions
• Managing a team of HR Generalists, Recruitment and HR Analysts.
• Managing the delivery of all generalist HR activities covering multiple areas of Human Resources including employee attraction, development and retention, compensation, benefits, ER/IR, organisational and resource planning, organisational change

• Developing and implementing new practices, programs and policies to meet organisational and strategic business/management needs
• Identifying, developing and driving key HR strategy initiatives and goal setting for the department and the business
• Effective dispute management and resolution. Increasing capability of managers and employees in dealing with HR/ER/IR matters through provision of support, advice and guidance
• Designing and driving Employee Engagement programs and measurement and a high performance culture throughout the business
• Participating in business transformation plans and strategies. Successful execution of organisation change / organisation development / business acquisitions

Profile

• Experience in a HR 'Operations' role
• Experience in a large complex organisation is preferred
• Managed HR teams previously
• Strong stakeholder and influencing skills
