State Manager (Labour Hire)

Our client specialises in labour hire and recruitment with a significant national network of branches around Australia. They are looking to grow their NSW business substantially over the next 12 months. The primary objective of this role is to provide leadership and sales focused management support for you and your team to achieve the highest level of sales growth and client service possible. The State Manager is responsible and accountable for the results, staffing and productivity of the team.
Key tasks include;
• Increasing sales and profitability
• Identifying and develop potential and existing clients
• Achieving budget and targets
• Branch direction and leadership
• Manage and mitigate operational risk
Required Experience
• Energetic, enthusiastic, a team motivator and ability to lead by example
• Experience in the labour hire / recruitment industry
• Understand modern awards and EBA's
• Networks and knowledge of the Sydney industrial market
• Ability to develop and foster strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate at all levels
• Can think on your feet and problem solve complex issues
• Proven sales skills
