About the Role:
Working in the assignment management team, you will support client employees inbound into Australia, outbound internationally and Australian domestic moves. Your responsibilities will include close client and 3rd party liaison, 3rd party supplier bookings, database and expense management processes.
You will report to and receive direction from two Global Mobility Managers
Specific activities include:

Act as the principal point of contact for client HR departments moving assignees

Act as the principal point of contact for relocating employees

Manage assignment and relocation coordination activities
-
Maintain, manage and organise files and tasks on a daily basis.

Maintain and report on client portfolios and SLAs
-
Operate as an effective team member and deliver quality, timely and effective customer service
About You:
You will have an ability to work responsively and collaboratively, and be skilled at managing competing priorities. You will have outstanding communication and customer service skills. You will enjoy working with a range of people from all backgrounds and cultures. Ideally you will have:

Demonstrated ability in a similar role

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related business disciplines

Knowledge of Fair Work and the National Employee Standards

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MYOB, CRM Systems

Comprehensive administrative skills

Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communications
-
A second language would be desirable
