The Role

Based at our North Ryde Support Office, the Learning & Organisational Development Consultant will develop, manage and execute of all Learning & Organisational Development programs and initiatives across Freedom retail and support centre. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Nurturing and developing the capability of our teams, from Senior Executives, Leaders and team members
  • Actively partner with key stakeholders to deliver and communicate key Learning & Development initiatives and programs to support the growth of the Freedom Retail business
  • Focus on creative, modern approaches to learning by using visual and digital options
  • Work with HR and key leaders in the business to ensure the business has the capabilities it needs to drive a high-performance culture and to meet its strategic goals
  • Development and implementation of a L&D strategy, development of L&D training and leadership programs and the ability to build and facilitate learning content
  • Wherever possible find opportunities to minimise costs

To be successful candidate

  • Previous experience in a similar role, working in a sales environment would be advantage
  • Proven ability to analyse current training needs and implement L& D Strategy
  • Experience with partnering with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and other training organisations
  • Proven experience developing, facilitating and executing Training Programs
  • Demonstrated experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels with strong relationship building skills
  • Previous experience in a retail environment would be highly regarded
  • Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment
  • Tertiary qualification is psychology, business, HR or related disciplines
  • National travel required
