WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are now seeking a Senior Lens Trainer to develop and deliver training programs to elevate store team capability and knowledge of our quality lens and contact lens offering to customers. Your main responsibility will be to develop training content and tools and facilitating training programs within states. You will be a key business partner to the training and state operations team by contributing to the long-term strategic plan through shared insights and actively seeking development needs with communication through key stakeholders. You will play a critical role in ensuring the training plan aligns to the strategy; confirm retail-operating standards are met by educating, upskilling stakeholders and proactively updating training material.
It is essential to have knowledge and practical application of lens, contact lens and dispensing skills. A Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing is preferred and this role would require regular travel using a vehicle. Having a high level of computing skills in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as excellent communication skills would be beneficial to bring to the role.
