You will be working for an independent business who specialises in providing quality contracting consultants for high-end projects focusing in areas of Aerospace & Defence, Systems & Software Development, IT, Avionics, Electrical, Rail, Transport, System Safety, Infrastructure and Project Management.

You will be an exceptional Recruitment Consultant working closely with the Director and will manage all aspects of the Recruitment process in the areas of but not limited to:

  • Managing the contractor database and all prospective and existing contractor records and information
  • Identify and source contractors for our clients
  • Recruit across a broad range of roles
  • Develop records and maintain CRM database of contractors
  • Initial phone screening and interviewing
  • Meet with existing and prospective contractors
  • Prospect for new contractors on databases and LinkedIn
  • Write Ads for attracting contractors
  • Prepare presentation material for clients/presenting contractor details to clients
  • Calls to existing and prospective clients 

What we expect from you in the way of skills and experience: 

  • MUST HAVE exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • MUST HAVE the ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • MUST HAVE a minimum of 7 years' + experience in end to end recruiting / contract recruitment
  • MUST HAVE excellent computer skills in all MS software packages i.e. Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Confident, results focused, dynamic and responsive to internal and external client needs
  • Ability to show initiative, work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience in CRM databases
  • A background in Aviation/Aerospace/Defence recruitment highly desirable but not essential

What we require of you:

  • Be available to work 20 – 30 hours / week and sometimes more, depending on the business needs
  • MUST HAVE a fully functioning home office consisting of working laptop, mobile phone, reliable internet and printer
  • Provide support to the Director and team
  • Be available to attend candidate interviews and client meetings in Brisbane and surrounds, Monday through Friday
  • Attend 1 – 2 weekly team meetings
  • Value flexibility and be able to work from home
  • Start date: end of July to early August
