About the job
Your day to day responsibilities as a recruitment consultant will include sourcing, interviewing and floating candidates to fill appropriately matched job roles with in the industrial space. Working closely with national clients you will help build their business by supplying the best candidates for the job.
You will be responsible for maintaining a hot desk of large warehousing and production clients that require someone with excellent attention to detail and a drive to succeed to supply the best candidates possible.
The team you will be joining is a highly driven and motivated team that prides themselves on getting the job done whilst having a bit of fun. With a great focus on culture, you will be encouraged to develop your own style with the full support of the management team who will also set your very own personal and professional development plan. You will be joining the team from a ground level, allowing you to move toward potential career progression opportunities.
About you

Previous experience in recruitment, administration or sales is desirable but a willingness to learn these skills will also suffice. You must be hungry to build a career based on one thing, RESULTS!
