We are looking for a contemporary HR professional with a broad skill set to support the senior leadership team and drive people initiatives to improve production and efficiency. About the Role
As the leader of HR, you will manage the HR function and have a strong focus on developing a high performing leadership team that can create a positive business for the future. This role will work closely with the business leadership team to take the business on a transformation journey that will create an efficient and productive business. You will also take a leading role in the development of culture, whilst challenging and guiding the leadership team. In addition, you will be involved in EA negotiations and leading the ER/IR agenda.

About You
You are an experienced HR professional, an engaging leader with excellent HR generalist skills. You are action oriented and understand the importance of good leadership enabling direct engagement with your employees.  You are highly capable in the areas of IR, change management, leadership coaching and culture development, as well as being someone people trust. You are down to earth, action oriented, and be able to operate effectively with a leadership team who are focused on performance.

To be successful:
  • Tertiary qualified HR/Business or related.
  • Experience working within a blue collar/heavy industry.
  • Excellent HR generalist management experience and sound ER/IR credentials.
  • A strong leader experienced in leading cultural change.
