Reporting to the CEO, we’re looking for a vibrant and solutions driven People & Culture Director, to lead our national team on a 12 month maternity leave cover.
 
During this time, you will be responsible for driving and upholding an environment that attracts, manages, develops, reward and retains talent, in ways which makes people part of a distinct employer brand that others want to join.

  • Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
  • Driving and developing initiatives across the employee life-cycle, ensuring all policies, programs and systems are in alignment with business strategies and are effectively implemented and delivered to "best practice"
    • Drive Talent acquisition strategies and framework
    • Drive on-boarding processes
    • Drive retention strategies and framework
    • Manage Succession planning processes
    • Develop Performance management frameworks
    • Implement Talent Development frameworks
    • Manage HR Policies and Procedures
  • Playing the lead role supporting the executive team in fostering the overall RXP culture
  • Supporting the executive team in resolving any HR related disputes and grievances
What do we need from you?
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, combined with a management style which is innovative, solution focused and partners effectively with key stakeholders and executives
  • Ability to drive effective organisational development strategies and engage a workforce to ensure cultural change
  • Experience leading a team of professional specialists
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to explore new ways of working / open minded on how we can drive process forward
  • Ideally a background in Professional Services / Digital and/or IT industries
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline
