HR Project role based in a NSW Government organisation - 6 month role
Your new company
Leading NSW Government department based in the West Sydney are seeking a highly capable HR Coordinator/Generalist to work in a project based role. This team works collaboratively in a very accessible office nearby public transport.
Your new role
You will be adopting the role of a HR Project Officer, with your main focus on:
· Organisational restructure support
· HR process evaluation/analysis
· Recruitment analysis
· HR Policy updates
In order to succeed you will have 2-4 years’ experience as a HR professional, with experience in a Coordinator/Generalist position. You will have relevant local work experience providing you with an understanding of Australian employment law. You will have excellent communication skills, be a highly competent administrator.
