Your new role
As the Account Manager for a corporate client group you will be responsible for maintaining the existing relationships to ensure you stay ahead of future business needs. Through diligent and continuous relationship building you will gain an understanding of your clients’ business and will be able to identify opportunities to increase opportunities within the existing client groups.

What you'll need to succeed
Being passionate and knowledgeable about the HR industry, you will drive to provide the highest levels of client engagement and service. You will be some that is able to identify new areas for business and will be able to optimise your time with clients to ensure a strong pipeline is maintained. Having a background in HR or Organisational Psychology, you will someone that is able to establish rapport with other effortlessly and enjoys networking within this B2B industry.
