At our Arndell Park Branch, we are searching for a Recruitment Consultant. Our friendly Team are passionate about what they do. We are challenged every day - so the role is never boring! ABOUT THE ROLE

Your main focus will be to ensure we are placing the right candidates’ on our clients’ sites.

Your responsibilities are as follows:

  • Screening of Resumes
  • Writing of ads
  • Site Inductions and visits as required
  • Assist in registration of Candidates when required
  • Recruitment Administration
  • Reference Checking with lead generation
  • Build and maintain business relationships with Clients
  • Developing a suitable Candidate pool ready to place
  • Assisting with Rostering of candidates

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Experience recruiting for a variety roles and industries in either the Recruitment | Customer Service or HR | Customer Service sector
  • You must like to be busy and possess high energy!
  • You must understand the meaning of “urgency”
  • You must understand the importance of a ready candidate pool
  • You must be able to work and think quickly but accurately as the environment can be a fast paced one with deadlines
  • As a Team, we all work together to get the job done, therefore you will need to be a team player
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with Clients and Candidates
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate tasks and requirements with the team
  • You will need to be willing to work overtime if required
  • Be willing to assist with afterhours where required
