About the opportunity 

The Head of Undergraduate Recruitment (Australia & New Zealand) is responsible for the development and implementation of student recruitment strategy and operational plans to achieve the University's Australia and New Zealand University student target across all market segments in recent school leavers and non-recent school leavers.This opportunity sits within the Australia & NZ Recruitment team and is responsible for the recruitment of the brightest undergraduate students from Australia and New Zealand. You will create the recruitment strategies and lead the team. The role will also work closely with Student Offer (Product) recruitment staff as they relate to domestic and onshore international undergraduate targets.

• Plan / design and Implement Strategy
• Lead in the development, implementation and review of the University's overall strategies for high achievers, onshore international undergraduate students and lower social-economic status students from Year 10 to 12 in ensure these strategies are aligned with undergraduate recruitment plans and potential.
• Own and lead Student recruitment activities for the University
• Undertake management and reporting of deliverables
• Lead and develop a motivated and active Undergraduate Recruitment team including direct supervisions of four managers.
• Drive effective team work and demonstrate strong leadership
• Effectively manage relationships and maintain a client focus

The successful candidate will liaise with external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver a high touch, superior student experience through the provision of student recruitment and pathways information, inspiring and tailored events and university experiences from early outreach through to the point of enrolment.
