Your new company is an internationally renowned company based in North Sydney.
  
Your new role
Reporting into the Head of the Australia, you will be the liaison with clients from some of the biggest companies in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific. Queries on global mobility can range from being straightforward to the complex and as part of your role will be to provide simple solutions to clients. As part of the role you will assist in growing and maintaining the business in the region through marketing and business development activities. You will also get involved in great projects on all areas of global mobility. You will liaise and assist your peers globally, especially the core technical and client relationship teams. As part of the role, you will meet with clients to build their knowledge and demonstrate products.
  
What you will need to succeed in your new role
You will have experience working within a global mobility or remuneration role that requires you to work comfortably with numerical data or you will have the ability to learn complex global mobility technical nuances.
Having worked with a global client basis, you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Being driven to deliver great client service, you will be able to build and maintain relationships naturally. Having experience with a CRM, HRIS or similar database type software will be ideal but not essential.
