Partner with HR and hiring managers to develop and execute strategic sourcing (TA) initiatives that support hire unrivalled capability.

  • Provide strategic advice to HRBP’s and business managers around TA solutions.
  • Proactively provide regular updates to all stakeholders including weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Manage the internal and external recruitment of roles within agreed SLA’s.
  • Engage candidates at all stages of the process by providing timely updates and quality feedback utilising a “candidate as consumer” approach.
  • Utilise technology to drive your individual compliance across all key attraction, assessment and selection activities.
  • Utilise consistent assessment tools including the leadership framework to select the best candidates.
  • Provide diverse shortlists and educate managers on the importance of diversity across their teams.


Strategic Sourcing and Succession Planning

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition initiatives and strategies to build highly diverse talent pools and virtual shortlists for roles.
  • Champion the importance of diversity in all talent conversations. Challenge current success profiles to hire individuals with “break through thinking”.
  • Directly approach and engage the best-in-market talent through all sourcing methods including search, social media and networking where appropriate.
  • Establish database for portfolio of high potential candidates and implement appropriate processes for candidate’s management.
  • Identify critical roles
  • Success profiles created for all critical roles


Continue to drive the change journey through embedding and optimising the solution

  • Champion the evolution of our solution by actively driving the continued change journey in partnership with the HRBPs, educating and updating them as necessary.
  • Seek ongoing feedback on own performance and areas we can improve the solution/ approach.
  • Support and educate managers to ensure they understand their responsibilities in the TA approach.

Profile

  • Must have experience in blue collar recruitment
  • Needs to have experience recruiting for a large international company
