We presently have an opening for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to drive pursuits on recruitment projects that are delivering solutions used by millions of Australians every day.

In this role, you can expect to work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team, Directors, Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts, using industry standards, techniques and services that are engaging, efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive recruitment workflow activities to meet assigned targets
• Opportunity identification & management
• Recruitment and pipeline reporting
• Manage client/candidate relationships
• Manage stakeholders, integrating joint strategy where appropriate

Desired skills and experience:

• Ability to hold consistent and ongoing high level discussions and develop relationships
• Commercially astute
• Proven ability to go beyond day to day duties to identify strategic opportunities
• Proven consultancy ability and previous experience in a similar role
• High level services and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients/candidates at all levels
• Proven negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills – both verbally and written
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Well-developed analytical and organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High level of confidence, drive, motivation, and sound business acumen
