The Role
Due to exceptional growth and a record 2017-18 FY, our client is looking to hire a proven recruitment professional to focus on the recruitment of accounting and finance professionals. You'll be expected to use your local market knowledge and connections to continue to grow the desk, client and candidate base. No call will be cold with this firm due to their impeccable reputation in the market.  

You 
Ideally for this role you will have a proven track record in the recruitment of accountancy and finance professionals in the Brisbane market or an experienced recruiter looking to change space.
You'll need to demonstrate how you have built solid business relationships at a senior level and be able to maximise profit from existing clients and also through new business. You'll need to demonstrate some staying power and a track record of your financial achievements.

On offer is a base (up to 85K, depending on experience), the opportunity to work for a market leader, well above industry standard bonus scheme and flexibility around your working day.
