Your new company
Global organisation based in West Ryde are after a Sales Recruiter. Reporting to the GM of sales you will be responsible for 15 vacancies. The role will initially go for 6 months with the view to go permanent. Rapid growth in the organisation and great progression!
Your new role and attributes
- Manage the end to end recruitment process for all Sales roles
- Liasing with high-level stakeholders such as directors
- Strong candidates management / relationship building skills
- Report directly to GM of Sales with a dotted line to Head of TA
- Good behaviour and a pro active attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Some interstate travel may be required
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in sales recriutment in-house or for an agency. You will also have experience dealing with senior stakeholders up to director level. You will also have proven success in all of the other areas outlined above.
