The recruitment team works closely with the Justice Divisions to provide professional consultancy and advisory services around best practice recruitment and selection.
An opportunity now exists for an experienced HR Project Officer to make a contribution to the way that Justice recruits! This role will be responsible for coordinating and actively working on various recruitment related projects including; the development of a service delivery model, quality assurance framework, talent pool and bulk recruitment initiatives and improving and streamlining of recruitment processes. Additionally, this role will see you:
- Engaging with key stakeholders in the business to understand requirements
- Reporting on projects, recruitment plans and initiatives
- Identifying and analysing emerging issues, trends, statistics and information relating to recruitment and assignment activities to inform effective decision making
- Developing new recruitment tools which focus on service delivery
- Providing expert recruitment advice and services to our business units
You will work closely with recruitment managers in monitoring recruitment practices to identify and address any arising issues.
About you
Experience delivering a high quality customer-focused service in recruitment and an ability to manage multiple competing priorities will ensure your success in this role. You understand the importance of building effective working relationships with stakeholders and this comes naturally to you.
Your success in this role will be also be determined by your ability to lead number of recruitment projects and activities concurrently which may include strategic sourcing and candidate attraction, assessment services and assessment centres.
