We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced Recruitment / HR Professionals for upcoming roles on the Mid-North Coast.
Supplying to a variety of industries, we need strong recruiters with a number of scopes varying from IT specialists, blue collar, corporate & internal recruitment functions.
Skills sought:
- Qualifications in the field of HR and/or minimum Certificate IV in Business Admin with demonstrated experience
- Demonstrated experience in a busy Recruiting/ Administration role (minimum 2 years experience)
- Excellent Communication skills with all levels
- Focus on ensuring the best role fit
- Experience liaising with all levels of management
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as with minimal supervision as required
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
- Exceptional organisational skills
