Spinifex Recruiting is a well- known company with over 25 years partnering with NSW Government clients to provide recruitment services. We currently have contract opportunities for experienced Recruitment Specialists across NSW to act as Independent Panel Members for NSW Government projects in compliance with the GSE Act.
Duties include but are not limited to;
- Liaising with government clients to ascertain the main duties, focus capabilities and essential requirements of the roles being recruited.
- Review applications and create an applicant shortlist.
- Organise interviews and assessments with both client and candidates.
- Prepare interview questions and assessment material.
- Conduct panel interviews acting as the independent panel member.
- Conduct reference checks.
- General administrative duties in line with the recruitment process.
Experience required;
You will have extensive experience within the recruitment industry focusing on panel recruitment with sound knowledge of the GSE Act. Reviewing applications using Taleo and matching candidates to roles is one of your strengths. Combined with your ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders you have a well-rounded understanding of the end- to end recruitment process.
