This role is with a newly established and rapidly growing Technology Services centre within NSW Gov which offers enhanced technical capability to its business units. Reporting to the Associate Director of People & Culture, you will be required to partner with business leaders and staff and deliver high quality advice across all aspects of the HR spectrum including people management, policy and procedure, IR support and employee development. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing team on one of the biggest IT services transition programs in the southern hemisphere.
The role involves:

• Account management of business relationships at the CIO level
• Change management
• Coaching and mentoring of technical management executives
• HR case management
• IR support and advice
• Policy and procedure development
• Ensure compliance
• Employee development

We would be interested in applications from candidates with the following skills and experience:

• 5+ years’ generalist HR experience in both private and public sectors
• Experience within a Professional and/or Technical Services environment
• Adept at management of collaborative business relationships at a senior level
• Consultative style and highly outcome focussed

The role is initially offered as a 6 month contract to mid January 2019 with a strong chance of continuing much longer.  It is based at Chatswood, close to main rail and bus routes and with on site parking.
