This one of a kind workforce solutions company specialises in providing industry-tailored candidates to various sectors across various industries. The company has had considerable growth over the last few years including opening three new offices interstate, giving it a national presence.  This newly created role of National Operations Manager will be fully responsible for five Branch Managers across the country and their recruitment delivery team professionals.

Your initial key deliverables for success:

• Stabilise a business that has gone through tremendous growth and introduce a consistent level of quality and compliance across all five national branches;
• Structure the national business development direction of each branch and continue to maximise opportunities for the group;
• Analyse the existing operations and make recommendations for the best organisational structure for future growth;
• Drive continuous improvements in quality, compliance, and key performance metrics;
• Continue to develop their brand-new offices into strong, stable and entrenched businesses in their regions.

The ideal candidate:

• Must come from a steady and successful recruitment background, having managed a multi-site operations either at national level or at regional level for a medium to large recruitment company is a must;
• Must be experienced in delivering a large mobile workforce recruitment solutions versus static (teams of factory workers only working at one location);
• Will have demonstrated leadership experience. Proven influential skills and able to communicate with senior executives;
• Be renowned for your performance culture leadership and management achievements.
