Lifestyle Solutions are excited to announce that we have an opening for a Technical & Practice Trainer to join our growing team of highly-talented & driven L&D professionals.
You will already have some experience in delivering face-to face training or group discussions, with a strong background in community services such as disability support work, foster care, aged care or nursing.
Most of all, you will bring a passion for developing capabilities in others and the ability to actively engage with people as a group.
You will be provided with innovative learning materials to aid you in your work and a team of like-minded professionals to support you as needed.
This will initially be a 12 month fixed-term contract but, as a growing organisation, we anticipate ongoing work here and a permanent role may be on offer.
Please note that this role will involve significant travel – up to 3 weeks out of every month – so the suitable candidate must be prepared to get out there and see our beautiful country as required.
