Overview of the position
Based in Bella Vista, we are currently seeking an experienced internal Recruitment Specialist to join the team. Recruiting within the Aged Care industry, this role is part of the national recruitment team and manages the full end-to-end recruitment process.

As a Recruitment Specialist you will offer the following attributes and experience:

• End-to-end recruitment
• Developing sourcing strategies and the ability to adapt to changing concepts and priorities
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence Hiring Manager decisions
• Strong personal management skills to drive delivery
• A high degree of ability and credibility in delivering recruitment solutions
• Proven commitment to candidate and client care, teamwork and a professional attitude
• Thorough understanding of recruitment technology and experience with PageUp will be highly regarded.
