Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities
We will develop you into a successful consultant who will expertly:

• Engage with new clients you identify you can add value to; attend networking events, construct introduction emails/calls and lead face to face meetings
• Build relationships with existing clients through your credibility, successful delivery, ongoing meetings and genuine service
• Write appealing and inclusive job adverts
• Keep up to date with new and emerging technology
• Manage candidate applications; review CV’s in line with job descriptions and provide appropriate feedback
• Qualify candidate’s suitability through telephone and in person interviews
• Provide honest and comprehensive advice to job seekers
• Work to monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets
• Uphold the Valrose values in all the work you do
