Trend Micro is seeking expressions of interest from HR generalists to join us as Human Resource Business Partner for ANZ region.  As a HR Business Partner, you will work closely with ANZ business leaders and AMEA HR team in a fast-paced sales organization:
 

  • To be fully responsible for the entire HR spectrum (recruitment, selection & manpower planning, training & development, compensation & benefit, employee & industrial relations)
  • To ensure the Company’s goals and objectives are met through the maximisation of the company’s human resources by effective management development and career development programs

 

Main responsibilities of this role include: 

  • Assure that the Company’s staffing requirements are met in a timely manner to ensure full operational capabilities are realized and legislative/regulatory requirements are satisfied 
  • Develop, implement and monitor compensation and benefits programs and packages to ensure that the Company is able to attract, retain and motivate employees 
  • Develop, implement and monitor on boarding, talent enablement and succession plans to upgrade the skills of the people and to enhance the Company’s capabilities towards meeting its goals, objectives and future challenges 
  • Provide consistent and equitable employee relations programs to ensure a healthy, fair and productive working environment 

 

Desired skills and experience:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience with 2 years in similar capacity
  • Experience in a sales organization preferably exposure in a software/SI company
  • Fluent English (both verbal and written)
  • Experience working in a multi-national company (MNC)
  • High integrity with proven performance track record
  • Good leadership skills and able to manage people and workflows effectively
  • Result focused, willing to work long hours if necessary
  • Able to work in a stressful & challenging environment
  • Familiar with at least one country local labor laws
  • Computer literate
  • Good interpersonal skills, eager to learn, pleasant, assertive and team catalyst
  • Have the profile to be looked up as a mentor for all levels
