Great opportunity to join the HR team as HR Business Partner within the Health sector where you will partner with the business to provide support, advice and guidance on all people related matters. Working with your allocated client group you will be coaching front-line managers and ensuring practices are aligned with the strategic people initiatives.
Experience within a HR Business Partner or HR Advisor role is essential where you are comfortable in dealing with Employee Relations in a unionised environment.
The role is based in their Melbourne CBD head office half the time and will be required to work at various sites for the rest. Distribution of client groups and site locations are being determined so potential to align to work close to home. There will also be some travel interstate for a few days each month.
This is initially a 6 month fixed term contract opportunity where there may be opportunity for extension.
