As a result we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to come on board to oversee the HR team and implement a range of People and Culture initiatives to effectively source, engage, develop and grow our talent.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR Leader who wants to share their passion and expertise across the entire employee lifecycle. Some of the key goals for this position include:
  • Design and introduce a comprehensive and innovative range of HR Policies, Procedures and People Management tools
  • Build a solid and robust HR framework to support current and long-term business growth
  • Provide quality, professional advice and educational tools to ensure our Managers have the skills to effectively manage a range of people management issues
  • Drive a range of technology initiatives to streamline processes and improve the candidate and employee experience
  • Lead and build a growing team who can effectively manage daily HR operational issues and deliver on a range of long term, strategic projects including Talent Attraction, Performance Management and Employee Engagement
To be considered for this opportunity you must have:
  • Degree qualifications in HR and a strong background in Employee Relations
  • Proven experience implementing a range of employee management tools and documentation from scratch and driving change in a dynamic and fluid environment
  • Prior change management and training experience including the development of simple, easy to use toolkits and guidelines to educate managers
  • A passionate HR professional who is hands on and strategic in terms of delivery and operational projects
  • Has a strong, articulate communication style but can also adjust their approach, style and tact to a range of audiences and situations
  • Flexible, adaptable attitude who aligns and embraces our positive and dream driven culture
