RPS has an an excellent opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to implement an LMS, develop and deliver training initiatives whilst overseeing and managing the process from end to end.
This position will assess organisation-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees.
This position will actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognise performance.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field essential
- Qualifications in training and assessment essential
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to teach
- Ability to develop face-to-face and online training programs
