The role
Reporting to the Digital Learning Manager this role is responsible for the end-to-end administration of Coles learning systems. In this role you will configure and maintain learning systems to deliver learning and development programs and content across all brands.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- strong experience administrating learning systems to facilitate scalable blended learning solutions, reporting and analytics
- expertise in using Sumtotal LMS or similar enterprise learning management systems and technology based learning platforms
- and understanding of eLearning and web development standards (e.g. SCORM, xAPI, HTML, WCAG)
- experience in managing high volumes of work with competing deadlines
- strong research, analytical and problem solving skills to enable the identification of issues and the judgment to determine appropriate courses of action
- strong planning and organising skills to effectively establish the priority and scheduling of work tasks and projects to ensure work priorities are completed on time and within budget
- high attention to detail using appropriate checking processes to ensure information is accurate
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- be accountable for personal and team compliance with internal company policies and procedures (including Coles Code of Conduct) and all applicable external laws and regulations.
- analyse and configure all system settings to accommodate program design and business requirements related to the delivery and management of learning
- acts as a subject matter expert regarding the administration of learning
- develop and perform routine maintenance processes to manage system accuracy and functionality
- works with Digital Learning Consultants
- develop relationships with key stakeholders of learning systems - including Learning and Development, Systems & Technology and Information Technology
