Industry Beans is recruiting a Human Resources Manager. A new position in the company, this role will provide an exciting opportunity to take on the task of developing and implementing robust and effective Human Resources processes and policies to ensure the company can continue to grow.
Currently a 60 staff organisation, Industry Beans is expanding its team across Australia with new operations requiring investment in people, processes and organisation to ensure the great culture of the company is nurture and maintained as the company grows.
Reporting to the CEO, the Human Resources Manager will coordinate the implementation of employee related programs and process including training and advising company managers about Human Resources issues.
Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance will be fundamental to the success of the Human Resources Manager.

The successful applicant will have
- Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team that provides overall company leadership and direction.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Xero, Excel and Word.
- Evidence of the ability to training and coach managers
- Excellent organizational management skills.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management or similar
- A minimum of three years of leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
