This organisation is a leader in their field and are well established on a global scale. Due to an opportunity available in the WHS team, a permanent full-time vacancy exists for an experience WHS Officer.

Your new role
You will be the face of safety across the site and report into the WHS Manager. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Return to work and rehabilitation including claims management and programs for injured workers;
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting in line with safety plans and goals;
• Partnering with line management and employees to ensure targets are met and safety is adhered to at all times;
• Regular site walks and tool box talks in line with company standards.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have demonstrated WHS Officer experience ideally within retail, manufacturing or FMCG industries and the ability to deal with small to medium sized workforces. Tertiary qualifications in Workplace Health and Safety or similar will be highly regarded, as well certified training within Rehabilitation and Return to Work. You will also have the ability to work in an autonomous role and contribute new safety initiatives as required.
