Preston James are excited to support this well branded boutique recruitment firm that's shown organic growth year on year. They are certainly in expansion mode with multiple offices in Australia and the UK, now looking to appoint a Senior Recruitment Consultant to their Perth team.

Preston James are looking to talk to Senior Consultant/Team Leader level recruitment professionals who are looking for a new challenge. This is a brand new position managing an established client base but with plenty of room for growth.
The Candidate
- A passionate Senior Recruiter/Team LEader who can lead by example.
- A strategic thinker who brings an innovate and creative mindset.
- A desire to share knowledge and experience to benefit the team whilst also continuing with your own professional development.
- Experience recruiting in white collar/professional services: i.e. Information Technology, Accountancy & Finance, Executive, Sales & Marketing.
- Excellent candidate generation, screening, interviewing and management skills.
- Proven and demonstrable client/business development and relationship management.
- Experience of effectively using a CRM or dedicated recruitment application/database.
- Naturally self-motivated and commercially pro-active. (they are not KPI driven)
- Good networking and social media skills.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
