As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the development of key strategic HR partnerships and driving organisation’s HR requirements while working cross functionally

Description
- Ensure that HR strategy and activities are delivered
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide support as a business partner, change agent and member of the line management team
- Coach and challenge managers in decision making on HR matters and in the roll out and management of HR processes/activities
- Implement and communicate HR policies in the organisation and ensure compliance/alignment with relevant global and/or country policies
- Work closely with the HR network and support organisations to ensure compliance and appropriate decisions
Profile
- Proven track record working as HR Advisor/Business Partner servicing senior stakeholders
- Ability to work successfully in a global matrix organisation
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing field is preferred
