Description

provide advice and guidance for recruitment processes
efficiently handle ER related matters (disciplinary meetings, performance reviews, appraisals etc)
respond to staff enquires from management within your assigned portfolio
review and implement new policies across various disciplines and departments

Profile

have 2-3 years experience as a HR generalist across several disciplines
Government industry experience is ideal but not essential
Be familiar with a HR Business Partner department model
