Overview of the position
HTS is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to manage the IT infrastructure portfolio for AGL. Based in Melbourne, you will be dedicated to a distinct portfolio and manage end to end recruitment.

Attributes and Experience
With full responsibility for the recruitment cycle, you will possess the following attributes and experience:
  • End-to-end digital IT/technology recruitment experience from sourcing through to on boarding
  • Strong experience in developing recruitment strategies and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence
  • Strong personal management skills to drive delivery
  • A high degree of ability and credibility in white collar recruitment
  • Proven commitment to candidate and client care, teamwork and a professional attitude
  • Experience in proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelining
  • Highly developed reporting and systems skills with a good eye for detail
