Building Personnel is currently seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join their existing team of staff. The company operate across the engineering, property and construction sectors both locally and for National clients across Australia.
 
This role will have you working with experienced hands on consultants with strong networks developed over many years within the industry. To be eligible for this role you will ideally have previous experience working in the above fields and be seeking a long term role offering the ability to develop significant relationships with a variety of key clients and candidates.
 
We are looking for a confident individual seeking a non KPI driven environment who is wanting to work with like minded successful individuals. You will be provided with excellent support as well as the freedom you require to expand and service your clients across your sector without being held back by corporate red tape.
