About the role...

Working in the Kinetic IT recruitment team and based in our Melbourne office, your ability to spot and secure talent, guide candidates and managers through the hiring process, and deliver outcomes are a critical factor to your success. Kinetic IT values a proactive approach to filling roles, open and transparent communication style, and flexibility in response to change - all of which are your hallmarks.

Beyond responding to the current needs of the organisation, you will be keeping the business up to date on what’s happening in our sector and will be entrusted with the care of our employee’s referrals. You’ll be an active participant in the WA tech talent market, connecting with individuals and industry forums to build your network and help us attract the right talent at the right time.

Recruitment at Kinetic IT is undergoing a renaissance, so in addition to providing recruitment services you will also collaborative and drive continual improvement and step change projects, allowing you to express your creativity in developing modern and future-focussed recruitment methods and strategies.

About you...

You have a passion for recruitment and will take pride in delivering a quality service. You won’t be afraid to pick up the phone, ask questions and back yourself and your recommendations. You’ll embrace your honed skills, experience and data insights as you work toward achieving the best outcome for the business. You will strive to develop a solid understanding of the Melbourne and Sydney talent landscape and the forces that affect our industry.

To be successful in this role you will bring:

• Experience recruiting customer service related roles (ideally call centre related)
• Background in bulk recruitment such as running Assessment Centres
• Proven experience is proactive sourcing
• Experience in applicant tracking and work management systems
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to influence decision makers
• The ability to give candidates a positive and authentic experience when engaging
• An interest in IT and resourcing IT related positions in the future
