Continuing on from the strong performance that we have had in the last year, we are growing our successful A-TEAM in the Technology space in Melbourne. This is a new position created due to a stunning result by the Technology team and they’re now looking for exceptional talent to join this high-performing team!
We are open to applications for both at Consultant or Senior Consultant levels to cover a desk that already has clients and jobs waiting for the taking where 70% of our clients have Ambition on their PSL. In this role, you can look forward to working with large corporates with whom Ambition has forged strong working relationships. The roles you’ll be focussed on would revolve around Software Development and Applications and Infrastructure from mid to senior levels.
Your key responsibilities include (not limited to):
- 360 recruitment with a strong focus on business development
- Constantly building a strong pipeline of jobs and a candidate pool
- Work collaboratively with your team mates to generate leads and candidates
- Think proactively and contribute to a high-performing team culture
To qualify, you must possess:
- At least 1 - 3 years’ experience in recruitment is preferred
- A self-driven attitude on a daily basis
- A resilient character to take on the ups and downs of a sales role
- Strong work ethic and work well in a team as well as independently
- A strong will to succeed in a competitive and fast-paced industry
- Is an Australian Citizen, PR or possess full, working rights in Australia
