Working initially across multiple sites, this position has dual responsibilities for both Project work supporting the Workforce Planning Manager and also coordinating the day-to-day generalist Human Resources functions.

Having a can-do-attitude and problem solving skills is essential, as is the ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities.

Reporting into experienced HR executives, who will provide mentoring to the successful candidate, this role would be the platform for your career growth over at least the next 5 years.

This position will make it routine to problem solve and make informed decisions without direct supervision.

Day to day responsibilities may include:

• End to end management of recruitment and selection activities, including conducting job analysis and evaluation of positions within the organisation, leading to competency based Role Descriptions;

• Providing advice on employee relations matters and ensuring appropriate interpretation of industrial legislation and conditions of employment;

• Assisting managers with grievance and disciplinary processes as required;

• Research and develop policies and procedures ensuring that they meet EEO and other legislative requirements and that they are then communicated appropriately across the organisation;

• Assist to review, develop and implement relevant training programs for management and staff;

• Coordinate WHS functions for multiple sites and draw upon specialist resources within the Organisation as and when required; and

• Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders of all Human Resources functions.

This will be a very busy role with no two days being the same, you will be a person who thrives within a multi-site, multi-tasking generalist environment and will benefit greatly from mentoring provided by Executive HR Leaders.
