Sleepy's are looking to welcome an experienced National Sales Trainer on a Full Time basis, based from our Brisbane Support Office in Eagle Farm.

About the role

Reporting to the National Training Manager, this role will see you working across our national network of stores. You will be responsible for Sales & Leadership coaching from new to experienced levels, and a thorough understanding of the Sleepy’s way.

The role will also entail all aspects of staff training, including leadership, consultative sales training, operational, marketing, sleep health, financial and back end operations, stock control, POS and more!

You will need to be available to travel at all times the business requires, including interstate. You will need to be a dynamic all-rounder that can not only be a great problem solver, but influence all teams in these areas.

Key responsibilities

  • Create a store opening training project
  • Assessment of training in our current retail sales environment
  • Intformation share and collaborate to ensure smooth communication between support office, Area Leaders and the CEO
  • Inculcating ‘The Sleepy’s’ way’ and messages to the teams and leaders, to ensure its sustainability
  • Work with other disciplines to ensure our path of continued improvement
  • Cert 4 in Training & Assessing essential

About you

  • Energetic and a natural influencer
  • A proven track record in successful training implementation and sustainability
  • Consultative selling training experience
  • Training plans and executer
  • Leadership training experience
  • Brand ambassador to also promote sleep health
