We are looking for an experienced inhouse Recruitment Consultant to join our HR team.
Working closely with the Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of full recruitment activities for selected roles; build and maintain talent pipelines and support recruitment operations.
This role is located at our Mulgrave Head Office.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will have:-
- Minimum 4+ years' experience in an in-house corporate recruitment position, with end-to-end recruitment responsibilities.
- Proven candidate search expertise leveraging multi-channel sourcing techniques.
- Demonstrated success in volume and specialist end-to-end recruitment in a consultative environment.
It is envisaged you will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and be able to effectively prioritise deliverables.
