The role
Due to significant growth and a busy year ahead, an opportunity has opened up to take ownership of the Marketing & Communications portfolio within the business. This role is to find high calibre Marketing & Communications Professionals their perfect new role and to coach, train and mentor them through the recruitment process.
The role offers;
- Flexibility in terms of working a 3 to 4 day week - perfect for parents returning to work or wanting a bit of flexibility with hours! (70% of our company is made up of part time employees);
- Learning new skills with a focus on career development; we offer intensive training, mentoring and a generous benefits package;
- This role requires some business develop, however there is a large portfolio of existing clients.
Our requirements
Apart from being a positive individual with a ‘go-getter’ attitude, a suitable applicant will have:
- Previous sales experience (Recruitment experience would be considered as ideal);
- A strong focus on honesty, integrity and values;
- Dedication to invest in their professional development.
