This leading utilites and infastructure organisation places safety at the forefront of everything they do. They develop world leading solutions for their clients and provide a full suite of services. This organisation provides strong career progression, exposure and learning for all employees.
Due to a restructure in this organisaiton we now require a polished HR Officer to join the team. Reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with the HR Business Partners, you will provide support on a range of duties included but not limited to the following:
- Assist in reviewing HR policies and procedures
- Ensure data integrity across numerous HRIS systems
- Provide advice on best recruitment practise
- Conduct onboarding for new starters
- Assist in HR projects
- Provide advice on HR policies and procedures
You will hold relavent tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and a minimun of three years experience in a generalist role. Previous experience working across multiple HRIS systems and the ability to work autonomously is highly regarded for this opportunity. This opportunity is a role where no two days are the same. Initially this opportunity will be offered on a 6 month contract, with the potential to extend.
