MANAGER PEOPLE & PERFORMANCE
Senior Officer role

The Role:
Council is seeking to attract an stand out candidate to develop a People Strategy and lead and build capability across Council in key areas such as:
- Organisational development,
- People development and management
- Workforce planning and reporting,
- Training and leadership development.
- Human resource management,
- Workplace relations,
- Occupational Health and Safety,
The successful applicant will:
Embed a unified people and culture strategy across the organisation, optimise organisational performance, and be a catalyst for change.
Have extensive experience and a record of achievement in Organisational Development, including the development and measuring of a People Strategy.
Have highly developed interpersonal and strong leadership and management skills.
Demonstrate significant executive level HR strategy and management experience gained within environments that deliver services to people.
Have a career profile that reflects strong leadership that includes technical strengths in OD, HR, IR.
Well developed collaboration, networking, advocacy, influencing, negotiation and interpersonal skills will ensure your success within this highly rewarding and outcomes oriented environment.
