The HR Assistant is the tier one solution to our People & Culture Services model. Reporting to the Employee Services Manager, the HR Assistant is responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience through on-time delivery, accuracy, and efficient HR and payroll services to our people.

Responsibilities are broad and varied and include running payroll, together with providing support and guidance relating to the total employee life cycle whilst coaching users to effectively maximise our People & Culture systems and processes.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Processing of accurate data into SAP and accurate and timely processing of the EFT file in line with SLA’s
  • HR Services administration – implement and manage data quality across all P&C systems
  • On-boarding and off-boarding  including getting our welcome packs together
  • Adhoc HR queries and requests
  • Reporting on various people metrix
  • Health & Wellbeing initiatives

Key to your success will be your ability to:

  • Balance the priorities of multiple payrolls and the volume and urgency of transaction requests from team leaders and members
  • Understand legal payroll requirements \
  • Mantain a collaborative and constructive relationship with People & Culture Team, and Leaders.
  • Ensuring 100% accuracy from data, to employee files.

In order to be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 3-5 years’ payroll experience in SAP as well as 1-2 years’ HR experience.  You will be proficient in all Microsoft applications as well as possess excellent communication skills with the ability to get results.
